Work starts on the clubhouse and 25 metre pool
Construction of the clubhouse, the 25 metre pool and the children's pool began this week on the estate's north side. Due in the second quarter of 2027.
A two-storey clubhouse has broken ground on the north side: function room, gym and cafe.
The 25-metre pool has six lanes, with a separate children's pool 40 centimetres deep.
Completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2027, ahead of the Girija handover.
