This policy explains what data PT Nawasena Bumi Persada ("we") collects through this site, why, on what basis, who it is shared with, and your rights over it, under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Who manages your data
PT Nawasena Bumi Persada is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. The site, visit records and our messaging are run with the help of Simpulx, a platform provider that processes data on our behalf.
Data we collect
- Forms. The name and WhatsApp number you enter in a form on this site, and the unit or document you ask about.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the message, and the unit you ask about.
- Visit records. The pages and sections you open, the buttons you tap, the site or ad you came from (including campaign parameters such as utm, gclid and fbclid), your device and browser type, your device's time zone, and an approximate city from your IP address. These are kept with a random identifier in your browser's storage, and linked to your number when you send a form or a WhatsApp message from this site.
How the data is used and on what basis
- To answer and follow up on your enquiry about units, prices and visits. The basis is your own request before any agreement.
- To measure and improve our site and our ads. The basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and units draw interest and which channels bring visitors. The data is limited to behaviour on this site, is not sold, and you can refuse it as described below.
How to refuse. You can block or delete this site's cookies and storage in your browser settings. Refusing does not limit the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be passed to: Simpulx, the provider of the site platform, visit records and message management; WhatsApp (Meta), the messaging service you use to contact us; a bank, if you apply for a mortgage through us; and the authorities, where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia.
How long data is kept
- Forms, conversations and contact details: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and transaction, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Visit records: up to 12 months after the last visit.
- Data in your browser (the random identifier): until you clear it in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to be informed of who we are and the basis and purpose of processing your data; to access your personal data and obtain a copy; to complete, update or correct inaccurate data; to ask us to stop processing, or to delete or destroy your data; to ask us to suspend or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent you have given. Send your request through the contacts below. We may ask you to show that the number or data is yours before acting on it, and we respond within the time set by the regulations.
Security
We and our providers use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to the staff who need it. If a personal data protection failure affects you, we will notify you as the regulations require.
